Your CSI,
connected.
We build integrations between Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) and the rest of your business: Salesforce, e-commerce, the shop floor, and custom applications. They're built on the IDO REST and ION APIs, so they keep working through upgrades and the move to the cloud.
CSI runs the plant. Everything around it runs on workarounds.
Most CSI shops have someone who can modify forms. Far fewer have someone who can reliably move data between CloudSuite Industrial and everything else.
- ✕Orders from your website or Salesforce get re-keyed into CSI by hand.
- ✕Sales sees one version of the customer, production sees another.
- ✕Shop-floor labor lives on paper or spreadsheets until someone types it in.
- ✕An old integration breaks every time CSI is upgraded, and only one person knows how it works.
- ✕The move to multi-tenant cloud means direct database integrations have to be rebuilt.
CSI, meet the rest of your stack.
If it has an API, a file drop, or a database, we can usually get it talking to CloudSuite Industrial.
CRM & Salesforce
Customers, quotes, and orders flow between Salesforce and CSI in both directions. Sales sees order status and shipments without logging into the ERP.
E-commerce
Web orders land in CSI as customer orders. Item availability and pricing go back to the storefront. No more copying orders by hand.
Shop floor & labor
Labor and production transactions captured on the floor post straight into CSI jobs, with no paper and no end-of-day data entry.
Scheduling & planning
Live, visual views of jobs and operations built on real CSI data, so planners can see the schedule instead of rebuilding it in Excel.
Custom apps & portals
Customer portals, internal tools, and mobile-friendly apps that read and write CSI data through the APIs, built in .NET and hosted on AWS or Azure.
Cloud moves & rebuilds
Moving to multi-tenant CSI? We find the integrations that depend on direct database access and rebuild them on supported APIs before they break.
Upgrade-safe by design.
Integrations should be boring: they run, they log what they did, and they survive the next upgrade.
Built-in first
We start with what CSI and your other systems already do. Custom code is the last resort, not the first pitch.
Supported APIs only
IDO REST and ION API, not direct database writes, so integrations work on-prem and in multi-tenant cloud.
Errors you can see
Logging, retries, and alerts, so a failed sync is a notification instead of a surprise at month-end.
Documented and handed over
You get documentation your team or your Infor partner can follow. No black boxes.
Start from something that already works.
Some problems come up in shop after shop, so we built reusable modules for them. They get you live faster than a from-scratch build.
Shop-floor timekeeping
Employees clock labor against jobs and operations, and it posts directly into CSI.
- Labor writeback through IDO REST
- Replaces paper time tickets and re-keying
- Configurable to your job and operation structure
Visual scheduling board
A live, drag-and-drop view of jobs and work centers, built on your CSI data.
- Planners see the real schedule, not a copy
- Multi-tenant SaaS, nothing to install
- Reads from CSI through supported APIs
Three ways to start.
Fixed-scope when the work is clear, hourly when it isn't. Either way, you'll know what you're getting before we start.
Integration health check
A fixed-scope review of your current CSI integrations: what's fragile, what won't survive the cloud move, and what to fix first.
Integration build
We design, build, and support a specific integration, such as CSI to Salesforce, e-commerce, or the shop floor, from scoping through go-live.
For Infor partners
Need an integration specialist on a CSI project? We plug into your team, white-label or co-branded, and handle the integration work so your consultants don't have to.
Common questions.
Do you work with both on-premises CSI and multi-tenant cloud?
Yes. We build against the IDO REST and ION APIs, which is how Infor expects integrations to talk to CloudSuite Industrial. That keeps the same approach working on-prem and in multi-tenant cloud.
We already have an Infor partner. Do you replace them?
No. We work alongside your partner and focus on the integration side, so your partner can stay focused on implementation, configuration, and support.
Can you fix or modernize an integration someone else built?
Yes. A lot of our work starts with an existing integration that breaks on upgrades or can't move to the cloud. We start with a review, then fix or rebuild what needs it.
Where are you located?
We're based in Illinois and work remotely with manufacturers and Infor partners nationwide.
What should CSI be talking to?
Tell us what's being re-keyed, what keeps breaking, or what you're planning. We'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
